Time to take a moment and talk about hot current trends that I've been noticing lately. First up, the printed pants. I wasn't completely sold on the idea when they were first becoming popular again because sometimes prints on your lower half can either create the illusion of added volume or they draw attention to those areas you may be a little self conscious about (hips, thighs, etc). However, after seeing how some other bloggers have styled these printed bottoms, I'm starting to reconsider.

The trick to styling these bold bottoms is to keep everything else in your outfit simple and neutral. Let your pants be the focal point and everything else just 'go'.
The second trend is claw jewelry. A statement, edgy piece to add to your outfit. They're a fun way to play up a casual, or feminine ensemble because they're a little unexpected but are definitely an interesting piece to accessorize with.

You know I never thought I'd own a pair of claw cuffs but my boyfriend got me some for xmas! So I think he might have a better eye for trends than me. Ive been wearing them all the time!
